This beachfront unit is 1200sf condo, that features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The unit accommodates a total of 6 guests.
Best part of this beautiful condo are the views, you can see the Gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and even the primary bedroom.
The living area is comfortable and has sliders that lead you to the sand. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and the kitchen boasts a fully equipped inventory of cookware, dinnerware and gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple one anytime.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This is the 2nd year we have rented in this complex. We vacationed with my husband, daughter and her 9 year old son. The complex was perfect for our family with the masterbedroom separated from the other bedrooms. The unit was clean and contained everything we needed for relaxing by the TV, cooking, eating or playing games at the dining room table and sleeping. I appreciate how the unit has a storage unit outside of it with water and sand toys for our use. The convenience of walking out the sliding glass doors, (which face the beach/ocean) to get directly to the beach without a long walk was great and why we choose the complex again this year. The complex itself was not loud, though there were other people staying in other units. The complex is also so close to restaurants, stores and activities making it an ideal location for a vacation. The property manager communicated with us regularly before our vacation to let us know the particulars. I would definitely recommend this rental for your vacation.

This is the second year that we rented a beach front property with BTR, the property we rented was located just a few steps from the beach with a great view. The property was clean and has basic needs to use during the stay. Although there’s no person to person interaction with the company, communication was great via emails and texts. I highly recommend renting thru them.
