Welcome to 3 Sweet Gum Court located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation!
This wonderfully updated single floor home is beautiful and so inviting, making it the perfect home to come and enjoy a week or longer while on vacation. The spacious living room offers cathedral ceilings, plenty of comfortable seating, 55" SMART TV, computer desk, and has a sliding glass door that leads to the back paved patio. The living area opens up to the dining area nearby and features a table with seating for 6 and a wet bar; making the home perfect for entertaining while on the island. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a two-person bistro table for breakfast or lunch and plenty of counter space for making quick meals or elaborate dinners.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 newly remodeled bathrooms in the home. The master bedroom has a king bed, 50" SMART TV and a private bath with walk-in shower only.
The other two guest bedrooms each have a full newly remodeled bathroom. The first guest room has a queen bed, 45" SMART TV and the other has two double beds with 32" SMART TV. The laundry room is located in the hallway of the home, central for everyone to use and get those beach towels washed and dried!
The quiet back yard is cozy and relaxing. The paved patio has a table with seating for 4 and plenty of other comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or community pool. There is also a gas BBQ grill for guest use. The perfect place to end your busy day at the beach and pool.
The home is located in the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, the neighborhood community pool is located nearby along with a basketball court, tennis courts and a playground. Just before you reach the community pool area that is within a two minute walk from the home, there is a path that walkers and bikers alike can take to the Shoppes of Sea Pines and this path is also a shortcut to Harbour Town. The beach, shopping, dining, local entertainers, water sports, horseback riding, golf, tennis, lagoons, wild life, nature preserves, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are all located a short bike ride away from the home. Come and enjoy all that Sea Pines Plantation and 3 Sweet Gum Court have to offer making this the perfect vacation. Beautifully updated home in a quiet wooded setting. Very comfortable for family vacation. Minutes from beach club, golf, and great restaurants.

This is a very comfortable house, updated in some ways. It is ideal for a small family vacation. It has a good sized deck with access from the living room and plenty of seating and a grill and is quite private and quiet. The bathrooms, whilst well appointed, are lacking in adequate rails for towels and one of the showers may be too small. Overall though, its a great, central location in Sea Pines and there's much to explore. Bike and walking paths take you everywhere! Recommended.

the house setup was nice. it has a nice deck. it seemed clean but wasn't. it had hairballs from under the furniture. the walls were dirty and needs painted.
