Adorable, cozy home, located in the fantastic Greenwood Neighborhood in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation! This lovely home is new to the rental market and has just received a full renovation including all new furnishings. The home is an open floor plan and all on one floor! You will love the soft coastal colors and open space, perfect for your new family getaway!
11 Wildwood offers two separate living areas. The main living room is located just inside the front door. Here you will find a couch, loveseat and 47" SMART TV. The additional living space is just off the kitchen and has a beautiful light blue sofa and 41" SMART TV. The fully-equipped kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters, stainless appliances and beautiful pale gray cabinets. The kitchen also offers access to a screened porch and deck with no rear neighbors, for even more privacy.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master has a king bed, 32" SMART TV, access to the screened porch and a renovated bath located en-suite. The two guest bedrooms have two twin beds each, 24" SMART TV's and share a beautiful renovated full bath located in the hallway, for easy access for guests.
Head outside where guests can enjoy a nice screened porch with two chairs, tv and ceiling fans. The outside deck also offers two chairs and a BBQ grill with stairs leading down to the landscaped backyard.
There is a neighborhood pool, tennis, basketball court and playground that our guests have access to. There is only parking for two vehicles at the home, call with any questions.

Had a great stay. House was great and we love the sea pines location. Perfect size for my wife and I plus our little dog. Communications was great and check-in was easy. Would stay again!

We had a great spring break stay at 11 Wildwood. Great location and loved the screened in porch. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee while watching movies.
Only suggestion is to fix the laundry door and update new bath mats for the bathrooms to make it seem more luxurious. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the house and the location. It was central to everything. The house was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and super clean. The owner/company was super friendly and accessible. We’l definitely rent from them again. Thank you for a great stay!
