Guests enter Island Getaway by following the sidewalk from the driveway to the front door of this home. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the dining area, living room, kitchen, family room, laundry room and half bathroom. The master suite, second master suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom are located off of the living room.
PETS CONSIDERED, PET FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. The house was beautiful. Spacious updated home that offered all the comforts of home. Sea pines has walking/biking paths, beaches and restaurants. The house was perfectly located to enjoy all of these. The communication with the host was amazing! It was a perfect winter getaway!

Great home for our extended family to share over the Thanksgiving holiday! Large
bedrooms, spacious kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Great location!

The place is in a great location, the management is easy to communicate with. However there were some big misses for the price it cost for the week.
1. We found some pretty big bugs through out the house.
2. The pool area was not clean, we had to clean the deck down. The tile around the pool is dirty, the area to place food and drinks outside was dirty.
3. Master bedroom beds not very comfortable, and the sky lights have no shades so your up at sunrise
4. Couch in living room has stains on them
The house is nicely updated.. it just needs a deep clean
