This beautiful home is centrally located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This home allows quick access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines while still providing privacy and serenity for a relaxing stay.
This wonderful home has 2 master en suits, one downstairs and the other upstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom. The back yard is cozy and relaxing. The wooden deck has a table with seating for 4, while the screened in porch provides plenty of other comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or community pool. There is also a gas BBQ grill for guest use.

PETS ALLOWED: We welcome your 1 Large well-behaved Dog (50+ lbs), or 2 Small well-behaved Dogs. If there is damage due to pet, we may collect funds from you to replace/correct damage.
PARKING: Driveway/garage (4 vehicles). You will need to purchase a parking pass upon entry to the Resort ($25 cash/week for each vehicle)
THE AREA: The home is located in the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, the neighborhood community pool (open seasonally from April 15 - October 15) is located nearby along with a basketball court, tennis court and a playground. Just before you reach the community pool area that is within a three minute walk from the home, there is a path that walkers and bikes can take to the Shoppes of Sea Pines and this path is also a shortcut to Harbour Town. The beach, shopping, dining, local entertainers, water sports, horseback riding, golf, tennis, lagoons, wild life, nature preserves, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are all located a short bike ride away from the home. Come and enjoy all that Sea Pines Plantation and 88 Forest Drive have to offer making this the perfect vacation. During season there is a complimentary trolley that transports guests to the attractions within the Sea Pines Resort.
*Pickleball/Tennis court access: The court turns over every hour on the hour so if the clock strikes 1pm while you’re playing you must surrender the court to next players waiting. If nobody is waiting, you have the court until the 2pm turnover.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: 1 mile away from the beach. You can utilize the walking/bike paths to the beach for the ~25 minute walk or ~7 minute bike ride. The Beach Trolley shuttle is also a great seasonal option.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

Excellent property in sea pines. Easy access to everything

This was our second time staying at Laura’s property. Each year we spend Thanksgiving in Hilton Head and are excited when this property is available. For a family of 5-6, it’s the perfect amount of space while not feeling overwhelmingly large. One of the big selling points is the location. Biking to South Beach takes less than 10 min and Harbourtown is easily accessible. At the same time, the property is private and quiet so you get the benefits of being at the beach without the noise and chaos that can accompany oceanfront stays. We look forward to being able to book with Laura in the future

Great location and good sized house for our family vacation. House had everything we needed for our stay and was in a great location for biking and walking. All questions we had were very quickly answered. Thank you!!

While we were disappointed in the overall condition of this house, we were grateful for the host who was responsive, helpful, and overall, delightful!This house was accommodating with its layout, bedrooms, and seating. The screened porch had clearly new furnishings and made for a great, relaxing spot. The fenced-in backyard is great for those with a pet or child, and the available bicycles were an asset. Families would do well to utilize the pool and playground amenities during your stay. There are some newer appliances and the beds were comfortable.Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the house upon arrival. The cleaning crew missed certain things like dirty tissues on the mantle, chip crumbs and toys underneath the couch which aren’t fatal wounds but raised the level of suspicion elsewhere. We did have to wash sheets on one of the beds and ended up disgusted by soiled pillows. The kitchen cabinets were hand-painted, area rugs had anti-skid mats sticking out in various places, and doors needed to be propped open. It lacked the level of finish we were expecting and unable to see in photos. It didn’t help that our family was inconvenienced by issues with the internet for the first two days — eventually resolved by replacing the modem. In the end, because we were never able to get it to be as comfortable as our home and due to weather, we cut out stay short.The host was magnificent and even provide a credit for some of our inconveniences.
