The Home:
Lil’ Tip Sea welcomes you with coastal-inspired décor, an open floor plan, and thoughtful touches throughout. As you walk through the front door, you’ll feel immediately at home in the spacious living room, complete with comfy lounge seating and a large Smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The adjacent dining space comfortably seats six (plus additional bar seating at the kitchen island), perfect for family dinners, card games, or sharing stories after a day in the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals or snacks at home:

Keurig and traditional coffee makers
Cookware, bakeware, and cooking utensils

Before we arrived, Erin was great from the minute we booked in staying in communication for the payments, sending a welcome guide, and the check in details all leading up to our vacation.
We loved the house and everything about it from the moment we stepped foot on the property! Although it was hot when we arrived, the unit was already cool when we arrived which was a good start to our vacation. My daughter started taking pictures to send to her friends because of how lovely the home is. Everything was clean and neat and the house was beautiful. The location is close to the beach (Deer Lake Park is beautiful!) and many nice restaurants. The master bed was extremely comfy and we slept very well. I spoke with Erin about a few things and she was always courteous, responsive, and pleasant to work with.
Unfortunately, we cut our trip short due to Helene heading our way. When I asked Erin what to do for check out to ensure everything was in order, she said not to worry about anything at all and that the cleaning crew would take care of it. What a great way to end our trip and put our minds at ease to get home before the storm.
We will definitely be back and stay here again. I highly recommend this beautiful home!!

We have stayed in several rented condos on 30A, and this was by far the nicest one. Everything was new and clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable and it was awesome to be in walking distance to The Big Chill where there are lots of food options.
