Come enjoy Brezza Marina, conveniently located just north of 30A in the heart of Seacrest. This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 11 guests across 2 floors. All 4 bedrooms feature private bathrooms for the ultimate luxurious 30A getaway.
There's plenty of dining space for the whole group with a generously sized dining table for 10 plus bar stool seating at the kitchen counter for 4 more. Head out on the balcony to use the gas grill where you'll also find more seating and a picnic table.
Brezza Marina is a short walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach access. Located less than 1 mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and WaterSound, Brezza Marina puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Big Chill in Prominence, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques, and more.
Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with shower.
1st Floor, Living Room: Sofa pulls out to a queen bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Queen bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
There is also a twin rollaway bed if needed.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great location on 30A, but furniture was dirty, appliances were subpar and dirty, and items in the home were old and falling apart. We had to clean several things like BBQ, kitchen countertops, tables and 2 sinks were majorly clogged with sand. Things like the toilet paper and towel holders throughout were falling apart etc. We had one broken coffee pot and the other one was moldy, but we called and they replaced with a new one. Also, a nice big BBQ, but it was real dirty, we had to replace battery to use push starter and had to pay for a propane refill, both tanks were empty. We also had to replace almost every remote with new batteries to get them to work. For the price, we felt there should have been beach chairs and umbrellas (that were not broken) to use for the beach.....had those items and more at different houses previously. Again, great location and just like a 5 minute walk to the beach, so that was perfect.

We stayed here for my friends 30th birthday and it was incredible! The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were comfy! The best part was how close it was to beach access. Just across the street!

We were there for a family wedding. We found the house clean and very roomy. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and small appliances. The little welcome boxes were a nice touch, just wish there were more hangers in the closets. Being close to the beach was nice. Having a list of local restaurants, & local grocery stores would have been nice or brocheurs from restaurants and or pizza places would have helped also.
