The condo was adequate and clean. The only issue, it was very cold during our stay and the bunk room has no heat or insulation. My 2 nieces were shivering when I checked on them!

This property has been completely updated on the interior. The private pool with heater is an amazing addition during the cooler hours of the day. We spent hours riding bikes around the neighborhood and sitting on the beach, which was just a few steps away. The views from the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico were spectacular.

Property is an awesome location. Gated community with quick access to private beach, as well as a private pool. Boardwalk to the beach has a lot of steep stairs, so be prepared for that. Property itself is adequate with plenty of beds. Living area and dining are a bit small and cramped for more than 4 people. Could use some updating and/or better amenities.
Communication to property management was quick and friendly when we called with a few questions.
However, one HUGE fail was the dryer was broke when we arrived. We reported it broken the 2nd day of a week stay. The management company had zero communication back on it and it never got addressed at all. It was extremely annoying not being able to do laundry while at the beach. We ended up packing damp beach towels and swim suits in a bag by themselves.
Also, no dust pan on site to pick up the sand after sweeping. There was a vacuum that sort of worked.
I would be hesitant using Oversees as a property management site in the future for their failure to check back and communicate appliances repair after we reached out twice.
