Within minutes, you’ll have access to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment 30A has to offer. The first level features two bedrooms:
A primary suite with a king bed, en suite bath with quartz-top vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and access to the patio.
A guest bedroom with three twin beds and a private bath, complete with a quartz-top vanity and walk-in shower.
On the second level, you’ll find the heart of the home—an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen designed for comfort and style. The dining table seats eight, with room for three more at the breakfast bar. Step out onto the covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. This floor also includes a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a shared hallway bathroom.
The third level is home to another king suite with a private bath featuring a walk-in shower. From the private balcony, soak in breathtaking views of the Gulf and some of the best sunsets on 30A.

We had the best time in 30A. The location of this home was close to everything! The biggest part for us was proximity to the beach and it was so close to go back and forth every day! Short drive to shops and restaurants. The home was clean and not over decorated with clutter which I LOVE. Some homes have so much decor it’s just not necessary. The views of the beach were a wonderful morning coffee relaxation time!
