Full kitchen, two full baths, 4 bedrooms, upstairs kitchenette, large dining and living rooms. Very comfortable beds with thick memory foam toppers and lasting hot water for the whole group. High chair, pack-n-play, toys, games, and books available for little ones by request. Tanning room and game room with dartboard and air hockey table are in the partially finished basement. Flat-screen TVs equipped with Amazon Firesticks in living room, basement, and three bedrooms. Subscriptions included are Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ for your viewing pleasure. Newly added HOT TUB on back patio is open year-round!! Deluxe full-body massage chair in sunroom. Sit back into therapeutic comfort after a long day at the beach! Horseshoes, Yardzee, 2 kayaks, and 14’ trampoline for outdoor fun! Kayaks can be transported upon request, or carried right across the street and put in at the roadside park on the Cheboygan River! This property was such a great choice for my girls trip. It was only a 20 minute drive to the mackinac island ferry. The house had everything you could think of and more. Spare blankets, air mattress, card/board games, and the 2 full bathrooms was a huge plus with 9 women. Jessica is definitely a super host for a reason. She responds quick, has a great attitude, and she's reasonable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Even if you have kids, there's something in the house for everyone. I hope to stay here again someday.

This was our home base for a family trip to Mackinaw Island. Listing was exactly as pictured. Met all of our needs. We loved the fresh eggs, the massage chair, the hot tub, and all the provided games. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect space for our party of 8 (4 kids and 4 adults). The house offered plenty of room for everyone, making it an ideal spot for families. One of our favorite features was the 3-season room, where we spent so much time relaxing and hanging out together. The kids' room was absolutely adorable, and the girls had a blast playing pretend there—it was a big hit with them! The house was incredibly well-equipped—I've never stayed at a vacation home that was so stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to cozy extras. We also really appreciated all the notes of around the house and the minimal cleanup instructions—it made things so much easier when we were preparing to leave.Another highlight was all the charming little art pieces around the house. They really added a unique touch and made the space feel special. The kids had so much fun feeding the chickens and looking for eggs. It was such a fun activity that everyone enjoyed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Our family (myself, my husband, 16 year old, 13 year old, and 9 year old kids, and 4 year old medium doodle dog) stayed here for a long weekend. We rented the whole property. Everything was just as pictured. There were helpful labels letting us know where light switches were located, or items we could use. Jessi generously provided snacks, breakfast foods, and plenty of condiments in the fridge. There was plenty of sleeping spaces so the kids could pick their rooms. The beds were SO COMFY! We enjoyed the hot tub nightly- slippers to walk outside and plenty of towels were provided. The house is located on a neighborhood street with sidewalks to take morning walks with our dog. We felt safe in this area. The boys enjoyed the foosball table and darts in the basement and I enjoyed the massage chair in the sunroom daily. We would definitely visit again when in Cheboygan.
