From this first-floor location, you'll have a view of the ocean and plenty of space on the back porch for entertaining. This suite is only steps to the beach or pool. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and free WiFi. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court!
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely beautiful ocean views and location was perfect. Home was well equipped and comfortable and was so nice to be able to travel with our dog. He loved the grass lawn right off the patio.

We loved being on ground floor! The condo was dog friendly which we needed-all tile so that was good. The condo beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had an ocean view with a great patio. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Vacasa was very attentive to any request and easy to work with. We especially appreciated that they notified us that our condo was ready for checking about an hour and a half early. Great experience!

Love Turtle Dunes and the first floor walk out to patio/yard and easy stroll to pool and beach very nice. However, this condo is in serious need of updating of bedroom decor/bedspreads/rugs, furniture, kitchen appliances, counters, cabinets, furnishings and bathrooms. It is showing its age and feels very dark, disjointed in decorating, and outdated. We will not book this particular condo again unless it shows marked improvements.
