About this house rental

Wonderful for entertaining, family gatherings, special events. Pull into your private driveway, enjoy the large fenced backyard with patio and BBQ grill and fire pit. Enjoy a game of ping pong, or darts on the patio. Chef’s dream open kitchen with coastal mountain sunset view. Pick fresh fruit off the trees and vines. Seasonal plum, pear, blackberry, blueberry and grapes in backyard orchard. Spacious home has new granite countertops throughout kitchen and bathroom & new eco friendly cork floors throughout. Two bedrooms, one queen, two twin beds, large sofa with additional futon for extra sleeping options. Washer/dryer, Roku TV, WiFi, shower/tub, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Short walk to Friendly Market, and the Friendly Gardens food truck courtyard, featuring live music. Sit back and enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Easy and open floor plan. Lots of games and well appointed. Labels on things kept to a minimum and helpful. Front door lock easy to operate.

We had a great stay. I’m town for games and enjoyed breakfast in the house before heading out each day. Everything was clean and convenient.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend because we flew in to watch the CU/Oregon game. It was a very nice and comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful yard. Thanks for letting us stay!
