Home was well appointed and as described. It was also and very nicely decorated. The backyard space looked amazing although we could not use it due to weather. Location was good - we were able to walk to the Saturday Market and easily get around Eugene from there. Only hiccup was the parking - all street parking around the house has a 2 hour limit Monday thru Friday unless you have a zone pass. Owner did contact us a few days prior to our stay and we were able to pay a small fee to park in the lot across the street. Ideally, it would have been nice to have the parking situation outlined in the listing. It wasn’t an issue for us but I can imagine folks with more than one vehicle would want to know this at the time of booking.

Perfectly situated and spotless bungalow close to downtown Eugene! This was the perfect place for us to stay for our son’s UO graduation - walking distance to downtown and the river, close to campus, and meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!
