Spacious Modern Escape Near UO Campus

Really nice house in South Eugene super close to Amazon pool and park. Great lighting, wonderful bathrooms, really nice spread of rooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs), living space, eating space. Driveway for 2 cars. Nice grill that is attached to gas line so no worries about running out. Quiet little backyard for relaxing. Beds comfortable. Eugene prices are incredibly high for housing and hotels across the board so the high cost on this house is no real exception to the “norm.” It was disappointing to have 2 trashbags for 14 people for 4 days, no dish soap, no tupperware, no platters or serving dishes, no small plates or small bowls. That meant Lots of kitchen cupboard space to put pantry items away. Second oven did not work but all the other appliances (frig freezer coffee pot toaster microwave and main oven were just fine and no issues).

This house was exactly as it appears in the listing. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Very close to the UofOregon campus. We had no issue getting around Eugene, even on gameday against Indiana, with ESPN Gameday in town. There were 8 grown men in our group (reunion) and it was very comfortable for that number. Everyone got their own bed. We have zero complaints about this place and highly recommend it.

The house was great for 3 families. The ping pong table in the garage was fun for the teens. Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes from the U of O campus.

Renter said house was locked in disaster, which is completely untrue. Sent me three pictures of some stains around the toilet when she was Syd was puked, which it was not. It was something different. And he, he explained that to be excessive disrespect for the home so if you’re going to stay there, be sure you mind every PNQ and clean up every droplet of everything
