This beautiful mid-century home is the perfect getaway for any family/group looking to be close to everything. An open concept design makes the home feel spacious with multiple relaxing & entertainment areas & pool table to enjoy. The house is designed with entertainment and comfort in mind with all the modern conveniences. From comfy TV rooms, featuring 65" TVs, PS5 game console to our billiards room, we like to provide a fun and relaxing experience for our guests. Formal living room and dining space are ideal for dinners, movie nights and sure to help you to create some special memories. The deck off the kitchen has a large Barbeque and in the landscaped garden you can enjoy the firepit and beautiful old growth trees lining the property.
You will be in an ideal location, just a short walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena and Autzen Stadium is a beautiful walk across the river. Easy few blocks walk to restaurants, coffee, tea and treats including Beppe & Gianni's Trattoria, McMenamin's Restaurant & Sports Bar, Sweet Life Petite Bakery, Agate Alley Bistro, Hey Neighbor Pizza House, Studio One Café, Prince Puckler’s Ice Cream, Sweet Life Patisserie and J-Tea. You can also enjoy a beautiful walk or drive to Hendricks Park and the Rhododendron Garden.
For those looking for an adventure we are a 25-minute drive from some great Willamette Valley Wineries (King Estate, Sweet Cheeks, Sylvan Ridge and more).
