Perfect for families or multi-couple getaways, this cozy retreat offers a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.
With its soothing coastal colors and inviting decor, the spacious living area creates the ideal space to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf from the private balcony. Whether you re lounging inside or on the balcony, the scenery will captivate you.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with private balcony access and a full attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is perfect for a family, with a full bed (sleeps 2) and a twin bed (sleeps 1). A queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area (sleeps 2) provides additional space for everyone. A second full bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower.
For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Plus, we provide linens, towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Your stay also includes one reserved parking spot for easy access.
Outdoor lovers will enjoy the beauty of the beach and the FREE beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella from March 1st to October 31st). You can also take a dip in the pool or enjoy family cookouts at the charcoal grilling area.

Starter Amenities:
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10–12 dishwasher tabs, 10–12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2–2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4–5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.
Rental Agreement:
A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on All reservations. It will be emailed separately to you. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.

We had a great time and the condo was convenient and comfortable. I would request that the codes for the condo, which are changed monthly, be updated in a timely manner instead of waiting until the codes to expire, resulting in a need for us to contact you.
Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

This condo was beautiful and up to date!! The view was exactly what we were looking for and gorgeous!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony very much and watching the waves, people and birds! We were there 9 days and even though there was only about 9 hours of real sun the whole time because of the tropical storm that went though we were very comfortable inside. The bed was very comfortable the rooms are spacious and decorated in exactly what I would want, "beach style". Chris our host was awesome and very helpful for everything including info on the storm. We had never been though one and did not know what to expect and he put our minds at ease. :)

Disappointed in the cleaning aspect of it. The floors and the vents were terrible. The location and the size of the place was perfect.
