4 bedroom, 2 bath (plus two separate vanity areas) 4th floor condo with two large balconies, each with a view of the sugar white beach and Gulf. Watch for dolphins! Turn around and you can see a view of the Sound with a fire-works display every Thursday evening in the summer months. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. The condo has two master suites, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king. The third bedroom has twin beds. The den has full sized twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen t.v., as does the den and living room. All areas of the unit are tiled. There is a cook’s dream, fully equipped kitchen, and the complex has grills available at the picnic area by pool. The unit is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. There is WiFi access in every room.
We all love family and friends, but this 1640 sf condo allows everyone to escape to their own space when they feel the need!!
The swimming pool is beach-side, and is heated during the cooler months. The tennis court is beside the parking lot. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle.
Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles).
No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies).

Overall a very good place to stay. Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Communication about check out procedures/expectations could have been better and cooking utensils need to be updated.

The property is right on the beach, so easy access to the ocean. The property was under construction, but they kept it clean. There is a lot of traffic in the area so make sure you get your supplies before you arrive. Rent a pontoon boat while you are there!

It has a lot of room. It has a great pool and right on the beach. It really needs to be updated and ceiling fans put in every room. The only problem was they are doing construction and they needed more parking. But i woukd stay again

This property was a great distance to the beach. There were a lot of great restaurants not far away. There was plenty of room for our family.
The place could use some improvements . Mattresses, furniture, decor, etc.
