Enjoy this large, roomy condominium (1200 sq. ft.) with easy access to both pool and beach. Ideal location for those who want to keep an eye on the kids at the pool from the privacy of your own patio just steps away. This pool-side patio with private, grassy area offers protected play area for young children where you can sit and relax with your favorite summer drink. Return to the kitchen only steps away for a quick lunch or to refill that pina colada. Our private boardwalk offers access to the beautiful, white-sand beach and a viewing area to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The on-premises tennis/pickle ball court is also easily accessible.
Each room is tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is lovely with its king-sized bed and access to the patio. The two queen-sized beds in the guest room are cozy and comfortable.
Okaloosa Island is minutes to Destin with all of its many attractions, yet this lovely location is quiet and away from the traffic of the maddening crowd. Close to the new pier and boardwalk, yet far enough away to maintain its natural charm.

Overall the facility was good. It was nice that we could check in an hour early when the unit was available. The owner was very helpful. We had beds and baths. There were just a few things that could be improved. The large burner on the stove did not work. Made it hard to cook breakfast. We did not cook but once but it would have been nice to have all burners especially if you cooked a lot. Not me on vacation, though! We did have trouble with door lock. Would be nice to make it easy to determine if we had door locked. Thanks!
