This recently updated first floor unit is an incredible space that has tons of touches of home. Both bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded and now feature elegant walk-in showers for a more comfortable, spa-like experience. This unit has an assigned covered parking space. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. This non-smoking unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. The wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemented by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. Three large windows and wall mirrors in the living room come together to surround the space with golden sunshine, white sands, and emerald-colored waters - three things that make the Emerald Coast so attractive! The balcony/patio outside extends from the living room to the master bedroom and gives guests plenty of space to enjoy a beach-front view from morning 'til night.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 double bed and 1 twin. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 7.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.

This condo is our new favorite! Perfect location and wondereul condo! It had everythig we needed. Well, maybe a more comfortable couch, but we weren't inside much!

The condo was beautiful exactly like the pictures. One small maintenance issue and they were immediately there to fix it. Location can’t be beat. We definitely will be returning!

We loved our stay at Summerlin 101. This is a corner condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. When we arrived, you could smell that the room had just been cleaned. It is really like a home away from home. The owner has some beach toys, chairs, and a small cooler that were really helpful when we went to the beach for the day. The beach is just a few steps away from the room. We plan to stay again.
