The Garden Villa is a stunning 1bed/1bath unit with its own private pool. This unit has fresh paint, all new furniture and landscaping! It is a tranquil getaway for a small family or a couple!
There is a flat screen TV in the living room, bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top in the bedroom and the en suite bathroom features a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a washer & dryer. The dining table holds 6 comfortably.
The best part about this unit? Add it to your stay at The Lazy Lime to make it a 6bed/4bath property for your large family!
This property does not have any dockage. There is no trailer parking either. The pool does not have a heater.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

We experienced heavy rain while staying and had a leak in the kitchen. The road getting to the property is questionable to the place is nice. If you want to see the beach choice elsewhere but for quite, secluded, retreat this place is nice.

We stayed two wonderful
weeks without a glitch. You
will hardly notice anyone
else is nearby. It's almost
as if you're on your own
private island.
The welcome basket was a
nice touch. We've been
coming to the Florida
Keys/ Marathon area for
over ten years and this
was the quietest location
we've ever experienced.
We felt great after this stay.
A much needed retreat.

Very pleasant stay in paradise. The internet was subpar and the ice maker didn’t work but who cares. We spent our time on the beaches and state parks and generally visited the hidden beauty of various keys and islands. To see the sun again and to feel the warmth on your face was incredible.
