About this house rental
Lovey 1/1 waterfront home up on stiles with parking for 2 vehicles. my favorite is the 32ft patio with Amazing breath taking views of the ocean, very cozy inviting floor plan with a huge kitchen, has washer and dryer. wake up to beautiful sunrise every morning. 30ft dock with boat ramp right on the grounds. Minutes away from beaches and walking distant to shopping centers. Clubhouse, and picnic area. Very friendly neighborhood. Fishermen paradise, less than an hour to the historic Key West. Historic sites close by and state parks within minutes. Museums less then 2 miles, Great restaurants in the area and much more

The house was adorably cute. I loved the beachy colors and decor. The location right on the canal with a view of the ocean was just what we needed. And the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. The outside area was so comfy and cozy with the ocean breeze. And our hostess was so prompt with responding to all the questions we had and was so helpful. I highly recommend staying here for a restful, relaxing vacation in the heart of the Keys.

My wife and I brought our boat down to spend a week on the water for spring break in March and this was a wonderful spot. The unit was clean and the porch had a beautiful view of the water. Being able to keep our boat right out the door and having a fish cleaning station were among our priorities and the rental provided both of those things. It is also close to the grocery store and other things you might need for your stay. The community has a boat ramp which was nice to have...though I would recommend a 4x4 if using because it can be very slippery at lower tide. The unit is perfect for a couple or a couple and two small children. But, the unit itself was very nice and I highly recommend. My only negative is if you are bringing a lot of fishing gear and you aren't comfortable keeping it on the boat overnight, there is no place downstairs to keep your gear and will need to carry up to the porch at night. Otherwise, nothing but good things to say and would not hesitate to book again...hopefully sooner than later!

Rosie’s place is accurately described! Our favorite spot was definitely the outside deck Especially when having our morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Although you might be taken aback a bit by the neighborhood when you drive into the property, it turns out first impressions can be wrong. This is a wonderful rental--clean and with everything you need plus a wonderful view down the canal to the ocean from both the raised deck and the dock. It was quiet and private and all we hoped for.
