Sombrero Beach Getaway- Pool

The location and cleanliness was great. The facility was well kept and the pool was nice to use, when we could get to the beach.

Certain amenities in the home would have been nice to have, especially since most people that stay there probably travel via airplane. We only had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, 1/2 a roll of paper towels, no hand soap, only one garbage bag, no laundry detergent. Garbage bags and laundry detergent were mentioned in the home binder as being provided. Toilet paper and paper towels are not usually sold in individual rolls. Even with the smallest package, we left behind more than half of what we purchased. The house could also use a few items for the kitchen. Sheet pans for the oven. They only had a large lasagna pan. Kinda hard to cook pizza on that. Also, no regular sized mixing bowls. There was a super large serving bowl or the eating bowls. Nothing in between. Also. No hot pads/oven mitts for getting items out of the oven. Used the one kitchen towel, but that was thin.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und groß, es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Boote war toll. Sehr zentral gelegen, in der Nähe zu Supermärkten, Bank, Strand, Restaurants. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, sie sieht in echt schöner aus als auf den Fotos.

Der Pool konnte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht genutzt werden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich einen reservierten Stellplatz, daran haben sich die Anwohner aber nicht gehalten.

This apartment is beautifully maintained and decorated. Anything you could need was provided. Plenty of linen. Internet access and smart TV. Host was super, responsive and helpful. Other tenants at property were friendly and also helpful. The property was on a canal, very close to sombrero beach, drug store and 2 grocery stores located within a stones throw . Located in between Skipjack Marina and Yacht Haven Marina that you could rent boats, kayaks, bikes, and more. Also heated outdoor pool.

Only issue which wasn’t really that big of a deal was they were repaving road in front of apartments with caused some confusion with the parking. That was completed prior to use leaving.
