The place was clean and just as described. We started every day at the beach and ended at the pool/bar, which was right across the drive. Bag chairs, beach umbrella, pool/beach towels were also provided—which was a HUGE plus! We were also on a canal (saw a shark) which was peaceful. I felt like we were centrally located, close to a grocery store, restaraunts and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Phil was an excellent host with great communication and flexibility regarding our check in and check out processes. This was our second time staying at this property and we will continue to return! We would absolutely stay at Phil’s place again and highly recommend!!

This is by far one of those hidden gems. Very clean condo. Nice bathroom and shower. Good size kitchen. Great value as of 4/2026
