Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved being in this first floor unit with our little dog. Made it so easy for last potty trip of the night!

Beautiful and private location. Easy walking distance to beach and shops. Walking trails among the lovely live oaks and palms.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We brought our dog with us and the first floor made it easy coming to and from the place. The bikes were a nice touch as there are beautiful walking and biking paths. The beach is beautiful and the condo was stocked nicely with whatever we needed.

Great location , but unit itself is “tired” and needs work for us to go back. A deep clean, painting inside at entrance, more lighting, and a new king mattress would help.
