Thanks to the fresh photos taken in March 2025, travelers can see the gorgeous location of 2018 Beach Wood within the gated AIP community, a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP and just a short walk away.

Situated in the coveted Beach Wood complex, our vacation rental 2018 Beach Wood has recently been professionally decorated and refreshed. One of the condo's greatest assets is its convenient location to the beach (a short walk across the street), the pool (just around the bend), and the Shops of Amelia Island (a 7-minute walk away), which feature a wide selection of one-of-a-kind boutiques, restaurants and souvenir stores for your shopping pleasure. This quaint shopping village even offers live music and community events on most weekends!

The condo itself boasts an open floor plan with an updated kitchen featuring new, sleek black countertops paired with a lovely grey and white mosaic backsplash. The main bedroom is airy and spacious, with a king bed and a renovated bathroom. Likewise, the second bathroom has been updated and sits beside the second bedroom, which has two comfortable full beds. Guests can also relax on the balcony that overlooks a nature area and green space.

Enjoy the walking/biking trails on the resort, the great spa, nature center, chapel, or the various other activities. Venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 20-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available nearby.
