Newly renovated listing steps away from the FREE SKI SHUTTLE, ready to take you up the mountain or into town for some fun! You will also enjoy the rec path that leads from our neighborhood right into town, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. It is open, warm, and inviting, plus it's stocked with everything you need to make your visit to CB even more memorable. STR 306242

The main living area of this home is on the first floor with an open floor plan. There are balconies off of the kitchen and upstairs bedroom to sit, relax and enjoy the mountain views.
Media: TVs are located in the living room and the multi purpose room in the basement. Both are smart TV's with wifi access. The living room TV also has cable access.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped and you'll find a large fridge/freezer, stainless gas stove, quiet stainless dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, wine bottle opener, knife set, ample dishes and glasses.
Dining: The dining table is always ready for 6 and can easily accommodate 8 by adding the table ends on that are found in the downstairs closet.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a closet, dresser and/or hanging space in the closet, hangers.
Bathrooms: There are 2 full baths on the second level. The first floor has a nice sized half bath. There are fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion and hair dryers in each bathroom.
Multi purpose room: The multi purpose room in the basement has the media components listed above, and a space for kids (or adults) to play.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located on the first floor with all the laundry supplies you'll need (detergent, dryer sheets, etc). You'll also find an iron and ironing board in the upstairs hall closet
