About this house rental
Enjoy the luxury and comfort of this private ground floor apartment at a cottage. Beautifully decorated and featuring a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious living room, cozy bathroom, and a patio overlooking a quaint pond. Take an early morning stroll to the Memorial Park and then head back for a morning coffee. Although the Sanford Stadium, UGA campus, shops, and restaurants are a mile away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

1. No parking had to Parkon a narrow Neighborhood street.
2. No TV cable access in area.
3. Second bedroom was misrepresented on VRBO. Office was to be converted to second bedroom which was not ready. Host agreed to set up but since we arrived at 9:45 PM my grandson elected to sleep on couch.
4. No body soap in bathroom, I went out early AM to purchase soap.
5. Heard small dog barking upstairs a couple of times during the stay.
Now overall a nice place, needs to be represented for what it is one bedroom well equipped, clean but owners need to be more attentive.
