About this house rental

Our 1930's craftsman home is located in the heart of five points, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in athens! Tree-lined and quiet streets are close to the action of five points restaurants, cafes, coffee houses and more. Walk to sanford stadium on game day! Two bedrooms (each with a queen) and two bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 4 people. Open, updated, well-stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, spacious living room, and two porches to choose from for evening relaxing - the front offers rocking chairs and the screened porch offers ample seating for enjoying company. Hardwood floors throughout. Wifi and flat-screened tv with cable included. Pets accepted with prior approval and deposit. Driveway can accommodate two cars for easy, off-street parking.

This beautiful arts and crafts home’s indoor and outdoor spaces are lovely with flowers blooming everywhere right now. The screened porch, fenced yard and friendly neighborhood were features we really appreciated about this pet friendly home. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home and eating out was a nice walk to 5points restaurants. Communication with the host Vicki was easy and helpful. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.
