Start the day with coffee on the deck overlooking the water. Spend the afternoon searching tide pools, walking the sandbars, kayaking, swimming, or exploring nearby beaches. Return home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the grill, and settle in for another evening of laughter, stories, games, and connection.

One of our favorite spots in the house is the dedicated puzzle, card, and game table overlooking the bay. Spend a rainy morning working on a puzzle, enjoy a competitive family game night, or simply sit with a book while watching sailboats, seabirds, and the changing tides. The ocean becomes your entertainment.
Throughout the home you'll find inviting spaces designed for both gathering and quiet moments—a comfortable reading nook by the windows, cozy seating areas for conversation, and plenty of room for multiple generations to enjoy time together.

The home includes a privately separated owner’s-side attachment with its own entrance and dedicated space. From time to time, Tim, Kate, or Meagan may be staying on-site. We are available should you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance during your stay. We'll gladly say hello when we see you, but otherwise we fully respect our guests' privacy and want you to enjoy the property as your own vacation retreat. Most guests appreciate having someone nearby should anything arise while still maintaining complete separation between spaces.

Lovely property near the beach. Other than slight problem with cleaning service and linens upon check in and the BBQ not working properly, this house is wonderful for a large family or group of friends. The owners dealt properly with the problems and were very nice.

The house was great - space to spread out and plenty of room for all 10 of us to be together! Location was perfect for us - very low key, not a lot of people on the beach (at most we saw 20 people one day), the beach was fairly protected and the water didn’t get very choppy so we felt fantastic letting the kids play all day! Meaghan was great and communicated promptly to answer any questions we had. I am so glad we chose to stay here!

The house was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms had sticky substances in floor. The oven did not work and neither did the grill on the stove, and the propane grill had a leak. The family was very responsive and the area was wonderful.
