One of the many attractions of this two story, 2600 + square foot is the glassed in sun porch on the Oceanside with direct access to the lower deck and beach. This enclosed sun porch offers the best views in the house and with two upholstered chairs, two sofa beds and other seatings, there is sure to be enough room for the entire family to enjoy. The main floor offers a large kitchen, full sized dining room living room with ample seating, ocean views and a high definition, large flat screen TV, enclosed porch area and one of the 3 bathrooms with shower. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the kitchen closet making packing for your trip a little lighter. The master bedroom located upstairs provides beautiful ocean views from the windows and the new deck and is furnished with a king size bed. The 2 additional bedrooms are located upstairs as well. The middle bedroom with a queen bed provided and the back bedroom offers an additional king bed and queen bed. The second bath is located upstairs as well with a shower and separate bathtub. This home offers wonderful extras inside and out, including the perfect summer BBQ setting with gas grill, outdoor table, loveseats and more ! Best view in town to enjoy the OOB Fireworks during summer nights ! Our stay was amazing. The views from this house are spectacular and it had an extremely cozy feeling. Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the view. All of the beds were comfortable with plenty of fresh linens and pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook except for food. The only downside to this charming house was the stairs to go upstairs to the bedrooms. They are very steep and narrow. They would not be an issue to young people, but having had multiple knee surgeries and a recent broken ankle they were very challenging. They did have a railing which was helpful. I know the stairs can not be changed, and I am only mentioning this for anyone slightly handicaped that may be renting this house. There are sofa beds on the main level that could be used. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again

The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that you could need. From a garlic press to a lobster pot, this kitchen had it all.

Wonderful home with amazing views of the ocean. True Maine home charm. Lots of kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Wonderful dinning room. Beds are very comfortable. Totally enjoyed our long walks on beach.

This is a beautiful place to be and the house is very spacious and feels like a home. Location on the beach was the most amazing part. Very quiet. Not a lot of people in October.
