About this house rental
This classic ocean-front Maine beach house has six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an outside shower. The first floor has a wraparound enclosed porch with panoramic ocean views and an open-air porch with ocean views. Inside on floor one you'll find a living room with a 20-inch TV, kitchen, dining area two full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo and the second with a standup shower), laundry, and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed). Upstairs you'll find 4 additional bedrooms all with AC splitters. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds, one has two bunk beds, and the last has a double bed. There is also a full bath with a tub (no shower) on the second floor. There is also heat for the chilly fall nights (September is the best month in Maine!). The first floor has a Rinnai heater and each of the upstairs bedrooms has an electric heater.
Outside you have a fenced in yard with panoramic ocean views of Saco Bay, two picnic tables, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit with plenty of seating. There is also an enclosed outside shower and driveway parking for up to 6 cars.
