Discover the charming Boathouse, a spacious oceanfront 6-bedroom retreat perfectly positioned in Saco, Maine. This inviting home can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large family gatherings or friend getaways.
Step inside to find a warm and welcoming ambiance that combines rustic charm with modern comforts. The first floor has a wraparound enclosed porch with panoramic ocean views and an open-air porch with ocean views. Inside on floor one you'll find a living room kitchen dining area two full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo and the second with a standup shower) laundry and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed). Upstairs you'll find 4 additional bedrooms all with AC splitters. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds one has two bunk beds and the last has a double bed. There is also a full bath with a tub (no shower) on the second floor.
Outside you have a fenced in yard with panoramic ocean views of Saco Bay two picnic tables a gas BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating. There is also driveway parking for up to 6 cars.
Conveniently located near popular attractions, such as Old Orchard Beach pier and amusements, Fun Town USA, and Aquaboggan Water Park, the Boathouse is perfectly situated for both relaxation and fun-filled adventures.
