About this house rental

House renovated in 2021 on enclosed and wooded land of 1300 m², heated outdoor secure swimming pool (7.50m x 3.50). South-facing terrace equipped with a blind, deckchairs and barbecue, bowling green at the back of the house.
On the first floor large American kitchen, living room with bonzini table football, pantry with washing machine, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 160 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90.
Upstairs, a cozy living room, and terrace overlooking the swimming pool, 1 large bedroom with bed 160 and under the eaves 1 bathroom with bathtub.

The house exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable holiday. The foosball was a lot of fun! The downstairs toilet and shower room were very handy for the two downstairs bedrooms in addition to the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The second upstairs living room was also a bonus. The pool got a lot of use, despite the inclement weather! The noise from the main road at the back of the house was a slight annoyance and being a fair distance out of Sarzeau was a bit inconvenient but we hired bikes which meant we could cycle (via the industrial estate) if we needed to. Some good beaches nearby, plenty to choose from. The Kermer restaurant was a real culinary highlight; a lovely end to our holiday. Would definitely recommend this property.
