About this house rental
House of 80 M² at 500 m from the beach :
On the ground floor :
- A stay with television
- A kitchen area opening onto the living/dining room
- A small bathroom with a shower
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 with storage and TV.
On the first floor, accessible by a steep staircase and equipped with a security barrier :
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with storage
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with storage
NB: beds equipped with duvets.
Outside :
- A garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue
- Parking in the grounds of the property closed by a gate (a 2nd house on the same plot)
- A garage attached to the house is available to store bicycles.

- No WIFI. Possibillity to rent a Wifi mini-box = 39€/week or 6€/day
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 : cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
