Cocoonr is pleased to present ‘Cap à Houat’, a duplex flat situated right on the harbour at Saint-Jacques, in the town of Sarzeau. With a floor area of 97 m², this flat enjoys a prime location opposite Saint-Jacques beach and offers breathtaking sea views over the harbour, the boats and the beach.
Situated on the 2nd floor with no lift, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Bright and spacious, this duplex has all the amenities you need to make the most of your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.
The flat also has free Wi-Fi via fibre-optic connection.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a television.
- A fully equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and hobs.
- Three bedrooms with three double beds: one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), and two bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed measuring 140 × 190 cm.
- Two shower rooms: one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
- A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners have provided the following additional facilities: a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board.
Outside:
The flat enjoys a prime location in Saint-Jacques, in the town of Sarzeau, right by the sea. You can enjoy lovely walks along the coast and make the most of the nearby restaurants and bars.
A local supermarket, Carrefour Express, is also just a few minutes’ walk from the property for your everyday shopping.
Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, a private outdoor parking space is available.
- Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, approximately 1 hour 20 minutes’ drive away.
