It includes a private parking space.
This 68m² apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms opening onto a shared terrace.
Its large 12m² terrace at west, extending from the living room, offers panoramic views of the bay of Aigues-Mortes. A large pine park at the foot of the building provides direct access to the beach.
The owners, who live in the same building, will be on hand to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped and open to the living room, it includes storage units, a multi-function oven (including microwave), dishwasher, induction cooktop and range hood, refrigerator-freezer, and all necessary crockery, glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
LIVING ROOM: with 2 sofas, 1 table and 6 chairs, 1 sideboard, 1 TV with remote control, 1 reversible air conditioner with remote control, 1 side table, 1 footstool.
The living room opens onto a 12m² terrace with 1 table and patio furniture, and 1 remote-controlled awning.
A high chair and baby cutlery can be provided upon request.
BATHROOM: includes a vanity unit and storage cabinets (with a hairdryer) and a walk-in shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan are available in a storage cupboard next to the bathroom and separate WC.
MASTER BEDROOM: 13.5m² with a 160x200cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk area, a chair, and a ceiling fan with remote control.
A folding crib with bedding and a stroller are available upon request.
SMALL BEDROOM: 9.5m² with a bed that is configured as two 90x200cm beds by default, and as a 180x200cm bed upon request, a wardrobe, a chair, and a ceiling fan with remote control.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances dans cet appartement où il ne manque rien avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Excellent accueil et grande gentillesse de notre hôte Michel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement très agréable, très propre, très bien situé, à 2 pas des restaurants et néanmoins très calme.
Très belle terrasse avec très belle vue sur la mer.
Propriétaires très accueillants.
Je recommande sans réserve.
