It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a dining area and a sitting area with flat screen TV and a sofa bed.
Its kitchen area is equipped with 3 electric hotplates, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer section and a dishwasher....

A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower (large step) and an electric towel dryer, as well as an independent toilet.

Note that the living room closes with an accordion door.

A small private room with a washing machine and a private parking space.

The little extra! Park your car and do everything on foot! Get out buckets, shovels, rakes and beach balls!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
