​This residence, which is quiet even during peak season, features a central, tree-lined courtyard and has all the charm of a seaside medina. Ground-floor apartment with a garden to enjoy the outdoors

A very sunny terrace for daily lunches, complete with an awning for shade to ensure your comfort. Southeast-facing.
Its location is ideal for avoiding the need to drive, with private parking.
Everything is accessible by bike or on foot. The Vaux-sur-Mer market, sports facilities such as the Vaux Tennis Club just 500 meters away, and playgrounds for children.
​If you turn right when leaving the residence, Nauzan Beach is just 200 meters away—perfect for a relaxing day with a sailing club. If you turn left, you’ll reach the center of Vaux-sur-Mer, with its playgrounds and nature park for a leisurely stroll.
We completely renovated the bathroom in 2022 to better accommodate you.
