Private individual rents apartment for 4 people, 2 rooms, 28 m2, with loggia 6m2, on the first floor residence "les balcons de l'Atlantique", Pontaillac district, completely renovated in May 2021, including living room / living room with 1 pull-out sofa bed (160X190 / 2 mattresses of 80), flat screen, exit to the loggia then to private garden. 1 bedroom with cupboard, washing machine, double bed (140X190), kitchen area with 2-burner vitro hob, refrigerator, microwave/grill oven, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, plancha, bathroom with shower, WC, electric heating, garden furniture, parasol, 2 deckchairs.
The coast and the customs path at 300 m, Pontaillac beach and its casino, bars, restaurants and all shops at 400 m, centre of Royan at 2 kms, cycle path in front of the residence which runs along the coast to the island of Ré and even much further (the Vélodyssée), hypermarket at 1.5 km, 18-hole gulf at 6 kms, thermal centre
Thalassotherapy at 2 kms etc ...
Pets not allowed. Deposit 300 € to be paid before the rental.
200€ deposit paid on the day of signing the rental contract.
Electricity consumed to be paid at the end of the stay.
