- A terrace on the west side overlooking a landscaped, enclosed garden.

- 1 private parking space in the closed courtyard (secured gate).

- Utility room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron, cordless stick vacuum.

The house is comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The pretty garden and terrace are furnished to make the most of outdoor eating and relaxing.
Communication with the owner and concierge was excellent.

Minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach, 15mn from shops, well equipped with quality appliances. Charming garden and balcony to enjoy the weather at all times of day.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement idéalement placé dans une petite rue extrêmement calme. Le propriétaire a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée, nous la recommandons vivement.
