About this house rental
In Saint Palais sur Mer very well located I offer a house with a large living room with kitchen, a mezzanine with a bed of 160, a bathroom with bath, a small room with a bunk bed ideal for two children. The plus of this house a large enclosed courtyard (possibility to park there) with terrace ideal for barbecues and outdoor dining. Close to beaches (Platin beach, beach of the great coast), they are within walking distance.
2 km from the Downtown Market
Animals are accepted but for the well being of all we ask you to respect the places (collection of excrement at the end of stay).
This property is for rent from Saturday 17h30 to Saturday 14h00 is 7 nights in July and August, and with a minimum of 2 nights outside the summer vacation periods.
On your arrival we will ask you a deposit check of 250. 00 € not cashed which will be returned to you by mail in the week following your departure.
We can offer bed linen rental for an additional € 15 per bed to be paid upon arrival.

La maison est propre et confortable, rien ne manque. Les loueurs sont attentifs et très sympathiques. L'emplacement est parfait avec des enfants. Nous recommandons cette location.
