The rooms were tatty, carpets were stained and worn.Beds were cheap and uncomfortable as were the pillows. No tea/coffee making facilities. Just an awful stay

Overall it was very good.

A great visit - all aspects met our expectations. I am now a frequent visitor to this hotel - which is in an area with a lot of competition. The set-up here is very good.

It would be useful to have a kettle in the room so that residents can access a hot drink.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception was always manned, we arrived at the hotel very late with children and checking was swift. Breakfast was also good. We stayed in an Ace hotel a few nights earlier and when another Ace showed up I booked it instantly.

Clean convenient everything we needed

Amelia on reception helped us book a taxi and she was very helpful and patient with us ( we didn’t speak French abd the taxi driver spoke. O English) she was really kind and helpful

Good price/quality near A1 & Arras.

Very nice clean and spacious room & bathroom. Really appreciated the xxl size bed which was very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Free and safe parking on site. Good buffet breakfast available from early (6 am). Staff were friendly and helpful. Access from A1 was easy.

More pillows would be good.

Convenient but don't pay for breakfast, go elsewhere!

Breakfast very sparse. No boiled eggs and no cheese. No fruit except kiwi fruit. Very little sliced meats. I thought cheese was a legal requirement for every meal in France! Bread or croissants the only option.

Pleasant stay

When we arrived at 0100 after a long day of travel, the check-in staff member was so kind and helpful! The room had enough room for my kids and myself with the beds ready for rest. In the morning, we enjoyed a quick and delicious breakfast before getting back on the road. It was altogether a pleasant stay.

I may have missed it so this is just me trying to think of something but: I would have liked to see written instructions for how to use the egg boiler with a list of standard times for preferred doneness.

Location was excellent. Parking was close to front, lots available even though we arrived late. Reception very helpful and our rooms were right across from each other. Rooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Perfect for a quick stay

Cleanliness was spot on room size good good value for money

There was no kettle or drink making facilities in the room or a bar to get a drink after a long journey. We had to wait for the Italian restaurant next to the hotel to open to get refreshments.

The room was clean, the staff were lovely and helpful and the car park was gated and secure. Breakfast was good value and a great place to stay if you are travelling through France.
