THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
Welcome to Cleo, a charming apartment located in the center of Biarritz. Cleo is a vacation apartment with all the criterias you would expect for an incredible stay in Biarritz: A large terrace with sea views, air conditioning in the whole apartment, and best of all, a swimming pool! ( available from June to September). All this, only two minutes walk from the beach and the nice stores of Biarritz.
THE APARTMENT
Cléo is an apartment with two double bedrooms and a nice living room. The living room opens on a superb terrace of 60 m2 offering incredible views on the Ocean and the avenue Edouard 7. This beautiful terrace is equipped with a large table where you can have lunch under the umbrella, as well as sunbeds.
THE ROOMS
The two rooms of the apartment are carefully decorated. Each one has storage space and both shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
PRACTICAL SIDE
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning.
WHAT WE LOVE
Besides the terrace and its superb sea views, what a luxury to have access to a swimming pool directly in the residence!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Cléo is located right in the center of Biarritz, on the prestigious Avenue Edouard 7, where you can find luxury stores and beaches. The Grande Plage is located right next to your residence.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and departures from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€
From 10pm to Midnight - 80€
From Midnight to 6am - 120€
From 6am to 8am - 80€

Fantastic location comfortable beds and bedding x fantastic shower and great sized terrace loved it , swimming pool may not be open out of season

The location of the apartment was excellent being just a short walk to the beach however, I feel the weekly rental was high compared to other places we have rented. It was a nice apartment but the terrace felt unloved with faded furniture and weeds popping up in places. Perfect spot for exploring Biarritz and check in staff were very helpful.
