Ubicación excelente
La limpieza estaba bien, pero se podría mejorar.
Las almohadas eran cojines, la humedad en los armarios desprendía algo de olor, y la limpieza de la cocina podría mejorarse.

Fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire.

Parking indigo.
Forte Humidité et moisissures dans les 2 salles de bain.
Portes extrêmement grinçantes et difficiles à verrouiller.
TV ne marche pas dans la chambre principale.
Pas de fenêtre dans une chambre et une salle de bain.
Propreté limitée globalement, toilettes (brosse - infecte), literie pas très confortable et matelas pas propres.

Victor met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. As parking is off site he helped us with our bags, much appreciated. Parking is in an underground car park some 10 minutes walk away. Nice outside area with table & chairs. Ideal apartment for 2 or 4, 6 would struggle.
We only used the sofa once or twice, but had there been more than 2 of us there was nowhere comfortable to sit inside.
Very noisy upstairs neighbours !

-La ubicación es increíble. Literalmente al frente de la playa Miramar de Biarritz. Entre el departamento y el mar hay una vereda peatonal. Muy cómodo para ir con niños porque pueden bajar a la playa sin cruzar una calle en la cual pasen autos.
-Los baños nos parecieron modernos y cómodos. Buenas las duchas.
-La cocina está bien provista. El refrigerador tiene agua y hielo.
-Me gustó mucho que hubiera un quitasol. Agregaría otro quitasol y 4 sillas de playa plegables y sería perfecto.
El departamento es muy húmedo. Se siente el olor a humedad.
Sugiero poner aire acondicionado. No hay ventanas. Me dio miedo dormir con las puertas abiertas pero no había opción.
El estar es realmente muy pequeño, caben dos personas en el sofá.
El estacionamiento es efectivamente gratuito, pero está a varios minutos caminando. Para entrar a la casa hay que bajar varios metros cargando el equipaje.
