About this apartment rental
Ideally located 5 minutes from the Côte des Basques (surf and superb sunset), and the center of Biarritz (Halles and shops), you will be seduced by the beautiful volumes, the southern exposure, the beautiful living room, the loggia and its bar, the separate kitchen, and the comfort of the rooms.
Elegant, peaceful, with top-of-the-range equipment and a very neat décor, plus tailor-made services (outings, visits) for a truly serene stay in Biarritz. For serious and respectful tenants of this cozy nest.
THE DETAILS:
Our apartment is very comfortably equipped, it accommodates up to 6 people.
- a spacious living room with beautiful openings overlooking a quiet street, a very cozy lounge area, and a large table in the living room
- a nice separate kitchen communicating with the loggia, equipped with dishwasher, Asko combined steam oven, Bora hob with integrated extractor system, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,
- 3 personalized bedrooms (2 with 160x200 beds, 1 with 2 100x200 beds), an office area
- a nice bathroom with 2 large separate showers and 2 sinks, with a window opening onto the loggia
- separate toilet
- a small laundry room with washer dryer and dryer on the foot
- a loggia equipped with an outdoor bar and 4 seats (ideal for breakfast and aperitif!), accessible by the kitchen and the bedroom with double beds
- fast fiber internet
- linen (very soft sheets, fluffy bath towels, kitchen linen) as well as foutas for the beach are provided
TRAVELERS:
- I will give you your key on the day of your arrival
- you will then be able to access the apartment independently and safely thanks to the code on the street and a key box on the floor
- the accommodations are on the 1st floor by stairs. Only 3 apartments in the building.
- the area is very quiet and at the same time very close to the center and the beach. Everything is done on foot!!
- arrival from 4pm and departure at 11am. Luggage storage possible.
THE LITTLE EXTRAS
- on your arrival, I will have the pleasure of welcoming you and will personally ensure the smooth start of your stay
- being from the Basque Coast and residing in Biarritz, you can count on me for the advice of a 'local' to make your stay as pleasant as possible
- 3 hours of small cleaning during your stay, to allow you to enjoy the holidays! (in summer, for a minimum of 6 nights rental)
- we manage the reservation and rental of the apartment directly, it is the assurance of having a good quality linen and an impeccable place!
WHERE THE ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED
- The Côte des Basques district runs along the ocean from Port-Vieux to the Beaurivage district and extends to the Mazon Park.
- Entirely residential and very quiet, the area is ideally located overlooking the Côte des Basques Beach, whose setting and view are magnificent (the Pyrenees mountain range, the Ocean, unique sunsets), and a stone's throw from the city center and its pretty shops, the Halles and its many bars and restaurants.
- 2 minutes walk from the accommodation, the Mazon park, very popular with the Biarritzers, offers two large playgrounds for children from 2 to 12 years old, a shaded area, a garden with perennial plants, such as azaleas, rhododendrons or roses and a fronton (folklore shows, pelota games and Basque strength galas are scheduled in summer).
- You will find all amenities within walking distance, within a radius of 300m (mini-supermarket, butcher-caterer, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants)
- You will meet many locals of all generations, surfers and pelota players. In short, you will enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Biarritz just a stone's throw from the beaches!
TO GET AROUND
- A bus stop is a few meters away where you can take the free shuttle bus that serves the city center and the connection points of the other lines (towards Biarritz, Bayonne, Anglet, Bidart, Guétary, the other beaches).
- You are 8 minutes by car or taxi from the train station and the airport.
- By car, open access by the rue d'Espagne to the south (Bidart and the other resorts on the coast) and to the north (Anglet, Bayonne) directly by the rue Jean Jaurès.
- Public parking: paid green zone in the street, free parking 2 minutes walk.
