Located in Biarritz between the port-vieux and the Basque coast, this contemporary apartment overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches on the Basque coast.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the residence.
As soon as you enter, a bright living room welcomes you into the kitchen and lounge area.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, all with views of the Port Vieux beach and the Biarritz lighthouse.
The master bedroom is an en suite with double washbasin, WC and en-suite shower.
The other two double bedrooms share a shower room and separate toilet.
Private parking on the property.
PRACTICAL
The apartment has private parking.
5-minute walk to convenience stores.
Access to the Port Vieux beach in 3 minutes on foot.

As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 9am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 9am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10:00 pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €120
From 6h00 to 9h00 - €80

Would have been five star except for shower room
So Be mindful of extremely small shared shower room between two bedrooms
Main bedroom gets a huge oversized en-suite leaving two double bedrooms to share a broom cupboard
Would stay again but only as three or four adults
Incredible views and modern layout make it a great place to visit with nice beach location

We finally found the accommodation that correspond to all expectations of our family: the location, the cleanliness, the design of interior and amount of space is just enough for us! All in all this apartment is very cozy and light! I am even afraid to give recommendations as it can cause the excessive demand:) I really hope we have a chance to come back!
