Appt en plein centre de Biarritz pour profiter de la ville à pied. Parking en sous sol très appréciable !

l'appartement est bien situé à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville et le parking est vraiment appréciable
cuisine bien équipée
pas trop bruyant vu qu'il donne sur la cour et pas sur la rue.
appartement propre à part quelques détails sûrement un peu de négligence de la part des précédents locataires (miettes dans le grille-pain, bonde de la douche pas nettoyée, appareil à croque-monsieur encore gras, traces sur les vitres....)
Beaucoup de rangements.
