The apartment is part of a villa of character built at the end of the 19th century. Completely renovated, it includes a parking space in the courtyard, 2 entrance (one with elevator) .It is distributed by a hall on the ground floor, a large staircase leading to a landing on the 1st floor, 3 double rooms with bathroom or shower en suite (the master bedroom has a terrace with ocean view), A children's room with 2 bunk beds. A double living / dining room with balcony overlooking the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen. 3 hours weekly maid are included in the rental. Minimum rental period of 7 nights. Possibility of renting the month with reduction.
