About this apartment rental
Located in Duingt, a pretty little historic village on the shores of Lake Annecy, with its castle, its typical streets, its restaurants, its shops. This beautiful luxury apartment on the 3rd floor of a 4* residence directly on the lake, offers an exceptional experience with its breathtaking lake and mountain view.
Nearby you will find the cruise ship pier, boat and pedal boat rental, the beach, and the start of hiking trails (Taillefer mountain), direct access to the cycle path around the lake, and many other activities (paragliding, summer sledging, water skiing...)
15 minutes from the resort of La Sambuy, 30 minutes from the resort of Semnoz, 1 hour Geneva, Chamonix, Courchevel.
The fully equipped apartment:
– Roman-style bathroom with bathtub
– American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker...)
– 2 large bay windows, opening onto a private balcony above the lake with a breathtaking view.
– 2 independent bedrooms: (1 Queen size bed, 1 baby bed, 3 single beds)
– Separate toilets, many cupboards, large screen TV, wi-fi.
Accommodation reserved for families, no group of young people.
Please note that arrivals after 8pm will incur an additional charge of €50 for late check-in.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, bien placé, hôte charmante.
Seul bémol, la chambre à 3 lits, si elle est adaptée pour des enfants, est quand même un peu exiguë pour 3 adultes.

Bel appartement, conforme à la description, propre, agréable, bien aménagé. Très belle vue. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent !
