About this house rental

Welcome to a house like no other. Here there is no standardised decoration or a simple roof to sleep in, but a real place to live, inhabited all year round and open for rent only in the summer for those looking for a different, soothing and comfortable stay.
Bright, warm, turned towards nature, the house invites you to slow down. From every window the mountains are offered to you. And just below, 3 minutes by car or bike, Lake Annecy awaits you.
House 120 m2 with terrace and garden with trees.
On the first floor: entrance, shower room with toilet, open plan kitchen and laundry room, dining-living room, living room, office/library area.
Large bay windows opening onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
Upstairs; 3 large bedrooms, bathroom (shower and bath) and separate toilet.
Here everything can be done on foot or by bike: the cycle path takes you to Annecy without difficulty and hiking trails start almost at the doorstep, not to mention the beach for idleness.
It is a lively, simple place, far from the hustle and bustle, ideal for reconnecting!

Wonderful house in an excellent location. The property had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The location is perfect for exploring annecy and the wider area and is local to a small town for supermarket, pharmacy, bars, market etc.

We stayed for a week in August 2024 and had a fantastic family holiday. The house is set in a quiet village, but is well located for visiting the lake and exploring the mountains and bigger towns nearby. The house is well appointed and very welcoming, with all the amenities you could wish for. Good sized rooms, with plenty of space for the guests. There is plenty of outdoor space, with a lovely garden and terrace with awesome views of the mountains. Denise, the owner, was very helpful with answering questions prior to and during our stay. Check in and out was quick, efficient and easy. We would recommend this place to friends and family and would definitely book again for another holiday.
